The staff were very kind and helpful, however the hotel is run down and dirty. I’m glad we only booked one night. We did have a handicap accessible room, but it was the furthest from the elevator and the tub would be very hard for someone in a wheelchair to access. It was a big step up, and down into the tub. There was a shower seat and rails all around, but it would have been very hard for someone disabled to access the tub. The handicap parking was also an issue. There was a ramp to the sidewalk, but the sidewalk didn’t lead to the door?
The sheets and covers had stains, the walls and grout needed a really good scrubbing, and the sofa had lint, crumbs on it.
The hotel did have a sign on the door under renovation, but we saw no evidence of it.
We decided not to even look at breakfast, because we were not comfortable with the lack of cleanliness. Definitely can not recommend this hotel, I’m glad we got a good deal on Expedia.
