The room was decent, plenty of space and storage and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely done out and shower was lovely.
The room lacked air conditioning, which isnt usually an issue in Liverpool, but would have been noce to have.
Our only issue with the room, was that up until about 11pm on the Tuesday evening, there seemed to be quite loud music from the bar. I get that the bar is there to make money, but it was practically empty at the time and wasnt the best for our 9 year old daughter trying to get to sleep.
The breakfast at The Sir Thomas was good, if not huge portions. But freah and tasty. Only bother was the lack of staff when we needed teaspoons, or any assistance with anything. Though when the staff were there, they were lovely and very helpful.
Oh, and a bin at the breakfast counter would be great. There was nowhere to put your empty sugar sachets, or rhe packaging from your teabags.
All in all, a very decent hotel, which happens to be ideally situated for pretty much everything in central Liverpool. We would definitely stay here again!
