Check in was at 3pm. We arrived at 5 pm, and were told not only was our room was not ready, but the rsvp for a king size bd was sold out. They only had 2 twin beds available and they would call us in 10 mins when it was ready.. After waiting 10 mins in the truck, I decided to go back in and cancel. However, the entire staff was in a meeting. I had to politely ask for assistance at the front desk. Positive side is they were open to canceling my rsvp, and apologized. Also, another young couple from out of state was in the same position. Now I need to confirm with Hotel.com my refund.
