Hotels.com did not pay rooms and therefore checking took over an hour to call customer service to have the issue resolved. Bathroom, shower paint was coming off the floor no hooks for towels, coils in bed very noisy. Doors were very thin all night, ringing and dinging from elevator. Tiles in lobby were very slippery, couple of people slipped and fell. Breakfast was pretty bad., fruit was yucky, sausage and eggs were cold. The only thing good was the coffee machine.
