This A Perfect fit for a Couple Stay , Conveniently Priced … Best Clean Sheets could smell the detergent. Staff friendly right beside the interstate with food down less than 5 miles

Room was clean. Cable was out but the staff found us a smart tv we could stream off of. The location is fabulous. It’s pet friendly and our room was right next to a very large field for the dogs. That said, the toilet barely flushed, the hairdryer didn’t work. The whole place really needs an upgrade. But we stayed there for the convenience of the dog area and the location. There’s a Mexican restaurant but we didn’t try it because we had already eaten so I dk if it’s any good. Nice to have a nearby food option though. In spite of some issues, we will probably stay there again when traveling. It’s cheap and convenient. The bed was a little firm for me but my hubby and the dogs loved it, so…. I guess it all depends on why you’re there. For us, it meets a basic need. Hope this helps.

Room clean, bed was comfy my only complaint was the ac unit wouldn't power on but I didn't raise a fuss the weather was nice so the room stayed cool. Will definitely stay again, property was quieter than the almost 200 dollar a night hotel across the street from it

Room temperature was great even when we first walked in. Very clean, comfortable and nice. Staff was very friendly and polite. Sure wish they had a coffee pot in the room. Other than that everything was great!

Rooms filthy with spider webs and dead bugs all over the floor and walls, THERE IS NO SPA OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT ON THIS PROPERTY BEDSIDES YOUR BATHTUB WHICH WAS THE ONLY REASON WE STAYED HERE!!!! Very unsatisfactory
A storm came through and ripped off parts of the roof that scattered debris everywhere
My partner’s car who drove and has a lot of damage from the storm

Hotel is old, but the very friendly staff make all his possible to keep it clean. The sheets and towels are clean and the bed is comfortable. There are indeed some signs of aging on the bathroom side. There is also a very good Mexican restaurant at the hotel reception.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful! Our first room was filthy with the light not working,and Someone’s old food left in there. Our second room was better, but had no soap and a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door.

We showed up late, at 9:30, no one was in the parking lot, but the lady at the front desk told me they only had one downstairs room left and she has the air on for us. Ok, cool, I'm disabled and can't do stairs due to multiple spine surgeries. But we get into the room and it was only a queen. Also, the air wasn't on, not sure why she lied to me about that, but whatever. I paid for a king so I'm not sure why i was downgraded to a queen without even being told that we were being downgraded. We were so tired we just decided to deal with it and not fight the lady over the downgraded room and empty parking lot. Then we noticed a giant burn in the blanket. The bathroom was dirty and the tub hadn't been cleaned out in who knows how long.

Beds had no headboards yowels had rust stains. Asked for more toilet paper was given half of a used roll that had dirt on the bottom . Loud music all night and beer cans everywhere in the morning microwave didnt spin ..cVle wsd out for a day no one attempted to fix. Definitely wouldn't stay again . Looks nothing like the pictures rust and holes on the walls

The staff there are great, every last one of them. You can't do nothing about the other guests though. I stayed a month. Other than the occasional stink bug getting in under the door, I had no other unwelcomed guests. The hotel is clean.

worst hotel in osceola

The time spent at this hotel was limited for a reasons, just a discussing place to sleep, mold on ceiling in many rooms and rooms had gnats and flys all around the building and inside the rooms. tape on glass t next to door and door wasnt closing all the way to lock properly, had to use chain for extra safety, loud partys outside (mexican music ) beer and liquor bottles everywhere, housekeeping was a third party cleaing service, i witness this lady just opeing door and peakin inside to see it was vacant to get dirty linen, she also seemed very untrust worry due to overhearing comments as she passed through the hallway.

First night was very pleasant, my second night was a pure night mare. Other guest through out the property partied until 3am. Guest were playing extremely loud music in parking lot, in the rooms above me and on the side of me.. this was going on and both sides of the facility. I made a complaint to the front desk and nothing was done. It actually got louder. The phone in my room didn't work, not to mention I also had to request a light bulb and spray for the flies in the room.
