As toalhas são velhas , a piscina aquecida todos os três dias estava alugada para festa infantil, não podiamos usar! O estacionamento para os hóspedes vivia lotado de carros de funcionários e convidados das festas na piscina aquecida. Tinha que estacionar na loja rua.

This was the second Aycon hotel we stayed in, in Montenegro and it is clear that their staff are second to none. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is done with a smile. The hotel was immaculate. Spacious room, the only thing missing was tea making facilities and an iron would have also been helpful. However they do have limited parking spaces which is a god send in this area. We only stayed one night but would have happily stayed longer. Short walk to the water front and then a nice stroll into the old town.

Wow, this hotel is far from a four star hotel but three star coated with fake gold more like bed and breakfast. It’s Cons Dirty room Bad breakfast Not trained staff Bad Wi-Fi Bad food Bad service Room falling apart TV not working No USB ports doesn’t accommodate international guest No tea or coffee station/ had to ask for it and plus on the fall. Berbat bir otel. Odalar aşırı pis, küçük ve iğrenç kokuyor. İnternet ortamındaki fotoğraflar kesinlikle gerçeği yansıtmıyor. 3 günlük rezervasyonumda sadece 1 gece kalabildim. Geriye kalan 2 gecemin ücret iadesini kabul etmediler. Kesinlikle gitmeyin.
Temizlik sıfır, oda büyüklük açısından tamamen yetersiz, yürüyecek alan yok, 4 kişilik denen oda 1 kişiye yetmez, fotoğraflar tamamen aldatıcı. Asla tercih etmeyin. Puanı gerçeği yansıtmıyor. Tatilim mahvoldu.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nicely closed off from the room with extraction, which we found rare during our trip around europe. The bed seemed a little small but comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The staff were all helpful and friendly, everyone from those at the front desk to the restuarant and cleaning staff. I was unfortunately sick for most of my stay and spent alot of time in and around the hotel. This turned out not to ruin my trip since the tv had some satellite stations with all day movies, the food and drinks from the restaurant could be brought to the room, and the food was all amazing. The breakfast was also really good, with so much tasty variety and the staff were constantly replenishing items and setting tables. The pool and jacuzzi were great to use and I especially loved being able to have drinks ordered straight to the tub. The only small negative was the location if we were to head to the beach or old town, but the pay off is that it is nice and quiet by being away from the center. This turned out not to be a problem for us since we basically lived very comfortably in the hotel our entire stay.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel — I would rate it 2 stars at most. I honestly don’t know where to start. From the moment we arrived, the first impression was very disappointing. The overall standard of the hotel does not come close to what I would expect from a 4-star property. The room was dirty, the towels were dirty, and the bathroom had visible mold and a bad smell. The rooms also have extremely poor sound insulation, so you can hear almost everything happening around you. This made it very difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. When we checked in, there were already small damages and signs of wear in the room, which only added to the feeling that the property is poorly maintained. One of the strangest things was the extremely detailed list of charges for damaging items in the room. It gave us a very negative first impression, as it felt more like a warning to guests than something you would expect at a quality 4-star hotel. Some of the charges were also so unreasonable that they were almost funny. For example, they state that you can be charged €400 for damaging the mattress. Honestly, considering the quality of the bed, mattress, and pillows, the entire bed setup is not even worth close to €400, let alone the mattress alone. Seeing a €400 charge for a mattress in a room of this standard was simply ridiculous. The night reception was another disappointment. The staff member working at night could not speak a single word of English. Stay away from this hotel.
