Todo muy lindo y la atención 10/10 pero nos dieron el primer cuarto y escuchábamos a cada persona que entraba, sentía que les podía dar la bienvenida a todos. No dormimos bien debido a eso pero por todo lo demás, súper recomendado

The facility was excellent primarily because its location, and I would definitely rent it again, most notably because of being just next door to the Lipazzan stallions. Everything was within close proximity particularly in walking distance. The apartment was clean and well maintained and newly renovated, and also of significance was the location of a concert facility and we had the pleasure of seeing 2 excellent Viennese musical performances.

Unbeatable Location – Great for Couples, Less Ideal for Families" "You really can’t beat the location, and the rooms were generally pleasant and clean. The staff were nice and reasonably helpful, though it took a little pushing to get things sorted. Space is on the smaller side, so while I’d definitely recommend it for a couple, it might feel a bit too cramped for a family.

A really nice family room. Apartments are not easy to find, you need to go into a large doorway and a tiny, not very obvious lift takes you up to the second room. Once you find it, it's really good inside! Good room facilities and in an excellent location. The drive in is slightly intimidating as you feel a bit like you should be driving in that bit of the city, but apparently you can!

Location was perfect. We went to a concert on the floor below. Lots of restaurants and shops 5-10 min walk. Room was comfortable, modern. Amentities great and staff were very nice and even helped with luggage. Security was good.

Amazing location! Right in the centre of Vienna. Room was lovely with a great view. Mini fridge and coffee machine great. Air-con worked really well. It was a slightly strange set-up though. We missed the hotel initially as it’s on the 2nd floor of what appears to be an office block with a concert hall on the ground floor. There was a tiny sign outside. Lift up to second floor was a bit scary! The receptionist is available 8.30-1800. Receptionist was extremely helpful and showed us to our room and how to access it. After reception is closed access is via key card only. We found it to be extremely good value for money and would definitely return.

Elegance studios are right in the centre of Old Vienna so perfectly positioned for exploring. Our room was lovely and well equipped if you wanted to prepare food yourselves, there are supermarkets near by. Check in was easy and the guy was really friendly, would definitely stay here again if we come back to Vienna.

From the moment my husband and I met the front desk representative we knew our stay would be nothing less than perfect. The studio was clean, with a lovely kitchen that had everything you needed to a make a full meal, coffee,tea or quick bite on the go. The bed was extremely comfortable, the Wifi was fast and the view of Emperor Joseph II was beautiful. We would definitely return in the future.

The “hotel” is a collection of rooms on the 3rd floor of an old building. There is no one there to help you if you have an issue outside of the hours when the reception desk is staffed. The air conditioning system in our room would only blow barely cool air, which was pointed toward the door, not at all near the beds. It was stiflingly hot, and I barely slept. The management was not at all helpful when I shared my concerns. I would not recommend to anyone to stay here, as other travelers emerging from their rooms also reported the same situation of nonfunctional air conditioning.

Otel çok merkezi. Odamız ulusal kütüphaneye bakıyordu, rahattsız edici ses yoktu. Oda her gün temizlendi. Tek olumsuz yorum banyoya yapacağım. Çünkü duştaki camın önünün açık olması sebebiyle banyo çok ıslanıyor. Buna çözüm bulunmalı. Otelin bulunduğu binaya girdiğinizde sağda ufak bir asansör var onunla 2. Kata çıkın. Biraz labirent gibi olsada çözdük :) Bu arada yine gitsem aynı otelde kalırım çünkü çok merkezi.

The hotel is in a great location and the room was overall good. However the temperature was 40 degrees outside and the air conditioning didn’t work, the temperature in the room was unbearable. We asked reception for extra towels as we showered more often with the heat. They said no, we could only get towels once per day. The elevator is a safety hazard, the floor in the elevator felt unstable. We had to carry luggage up 5 flights of stairs. The shower did not drain and several inches of water built up inside the base. The common area was dirty and dusty. I would not stay here again.

Zentraler geht es fast gar nicht. Toller Service, un einem schönen Palais. Innenbereich und Zimmer neu renoviert. Annehmlichkeiten wie Kaffee und Tee, Schokolade und Sekt kostenfrei. Großzügiges Badezimmer.

We arrived yesterday afternoon to the hotel during staffed reception hours. Firstly after getting out the lift the code which was supplied to us for ‘check in instructions’ didn’t even open the front door lock. The doorbell wasn’t charged so we couldn’t even ring for help. We paid on our phones to phone the number hung up on the wall and it didn’t get answered. Eventually after 10 minutes of trying and my friends going downstairs to the opera place to ask for a number, one or the workers spoke to me through a camera with the code which didn’t even meet what I was issued with. We then got in and they spoke to us via another camera - but, the code they kept telling us to use on the smart door lock didn’t work despite multiple attempts and the card was in the room. After remotely opening it (I assume from app when speaking to us) we got in. The room was great and clean, but there were drain issues as the bathroom smelt really bad and the shower leaked and flooded the room (which we reported to the owners and highlighted). On the final day we left luggage in the storage which isn’t in a locked area, and we checked in as we were checking out. The gentleman was helpful, smiley and friendly after highlighting the shower issue. But it didn’t help he told us that the reception was being manned as we tried to get in.
