Room for improvement.
I was put in a room that has a door connecting to another room. This made me feel unsafe in my room. The comforter, chairs, and couch all had stains on them. The person who checked me in didn't explain anything to me about Wi-Fi, breakfast, hotel amenities, or anything else. He did the bare minimum of checking me in without being rude. The locks in my room didn't work correctly so I was never sure if the bolts worked. I ended up putting furniture in front of the doors. Sometimes I had to swipe my keyboard multiple times to get it to work. Parking is way too far from the hotel and the lights in the parking lot often didn't work. This created an unsafe situation at night. The hotel lobby was nice. The conference areas served their purpose. The complimentary water in the lobby was nice to have since hotel air is always very dry. The toilet paper was way too thin. I ended up buying my own. It wasn't a great feeling to be greeted by a cannon as soon as I entered the door. And the hotel layout requires a lot of walking. It was easily 10 minutes to walk from my room to the elevator. I even saw a woman calling someone on her phone telling them she was late because she can't find the elevator. The hotel needs more signs that direct people to important places.
