Parking was safe, well lit, and felt secure. All of the staff was professional, and friendly. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The only negative thing i could mention is we were in an acsessable room and the walkin/wheelchair accessable shower doesnt drain properly so it flooded the whole bathroom and it didnt have a exhaust fan so when i opened the shower it was full of steam and couldnt see anything which is how i found out the whole floor was flooded when i slipped and fell.
