Good location n good customer service , especially by chinese standard . I would definetely stayinh here again

Location is right beside the walking path of Wangfujing. Staffs are all very nice and helpful. Only disappointment is the food Street in Wangfujing had shut down permanently

Breakfast was great! Pool/spa and gym were wonderful and never cowded. Great location with tones of restaurants and shopping in the area. Walking distance to many tourist sites.

Pros: The hotel is centrally located and metro station is about a 10 min walk away. The hotel room is equipped with a laundry machine which is helpful during a long trip. The front desk staff spoke a little bit of English. Upon check in, Lincoln helped us and he was the most fluent in English. Cons: The restroom shower had mold smell and was not maintained well. Inside the shower, the tiles were dirty around the edges and glass. Also, one of the bathtub tiles was broken. I was very disappointed with the quality of the shower. The house keeping service was poor. The first day of check in, I noticed the dinning table had smudges and was never cleaned during the four nights I stayed. Lastly, the bed was hard and stiff. I was expecting much more for being rated 4 out of 5 on Orbitz.

This service hotel exceeded our expectations. It is conveniently located In popular shopping district with variety of trendy stores and restaurants. Service reception and concierge were courteous and helpful without being intrusive. We highly recommend this hotel as go to when visiting Beijing.

Having access to a washer/dryer ,in the room, was a great bonus when travelling for an extended period. The front desk was very helpful with any questions or concerns. They went above and beyond in helping to book tickets to the Forbidden City.

The location of the hotel is great, 6 mins walk to apm mall. APM mall has all the shopping and food services that you would need. The hotel staff are friendly and the room are clean and big enough for family stay. We have a total of 5 adults and i was upgraded from a 2 bedrooms to 3 bedrooms. The amenities are good, on top of what it is stated, they also provide rental of wheelchair service. The pools are regulated at 27deg c with steam bath, sauna, shower etc facilities. The only set back about this hotel is, the reply via message is little bit slow and the calling of cabs may not be so easily available due to the traffic condition.

The service was 5 star. Lincon at the front desk does his job very well. He was very helpful and professional. I only wish they had bbc to at least watch some english channels. For a 5 star hotel that should he standard. The food was good reasonably priced. The room was spacious and the washing machine was a bonus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Beijing for sure.

Very convenient to food, shopping, and tourist destinations. Large comfortable rooms. Lots of breakfast buffet options. Very helpful and friendly staff.
