My daughter stayed here and recommended that I stay here one of the best recommendations she ever made great environment perfect for just relaxing would definitely come back here again in and the restaurant on the premises for dinner it’s amazing The staff is wonderful

Top modernes, ruhiges Hotel, reduziertes Design in ruhiger Lage. Zimmer mit modernen Möbeln und top Bad. Sitzmöglichkeiten im Aussenbereich. Schöner Pool in der Anlage mit großem Holzdeck und moderner Outdoor Area. Frühstück mit frischen Produkten, Obstsalat, Brötchen, Croissants, Schinken u. Käse, Marmelade. Aufmerksames Personal, sehr freundliches Willkommen. Abends Möglichkeit im Restaurant zu essen, Reservierung empfohlen. Auto unbedingt empfehlenswert, genügend Parkplätze auf dem Areal, nach Marsala ca. 15-20 Minuten, nach Trapani ca. 30-35 Minuten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Hotel exceptionally clean and new. Pool and pool are, just the best place to relax and get some sun. Breakfast and service first rate. And finally the restaurant is very good, we rated the tiramisu 9.5 out of ten. If traveling by car, this is one of the best hotels options around Marsala.

Absolutely stunning hotel, so clean and quiet, perfect relaxation with the best meal we ate in all our time in Sicily. I couldn’t find any reviews on the pool before we went so I will state that it was perfect too, great temperature and rarely too busy, during the day we had it to ourselves largely. We would love to return and would highly recommend. I’ve never checked in to a hotel before and been given the owner’s phone number! It’s a very special place.

Fantastic Stay super friendly and helpful

I can generally be over critical at times but I found this little piece of tranquility. The staff were super friendly every single on of them. The food was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. What more could one ask if there is further work for me on the project I will definitely be staying here as it was more like a holiday than working away. Although I wasn’t on a couples break I’d say this holiday is perfect if you are Just a side not the olive oil and house wine are both lush my only mistake is I forgot to buy a bottle as I departed

We made a late last minute reservation there because our flight was diverted from Catania to Trapani. We were exhausted and my daughter had a migraine. Even though we arrived late, the staff was there ready to check us in and get us to our room ASAP. In the morning breakfast was wonderful and they let us hang out on the property until I was all set with a rental car.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights whilst exploring the Marsala area and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The first thing to be aware of is that the location shown in Waze is not quite correct, so it’s worth double-checking directions before you arrive. Once there, you’ll find plenty of parking in a secluded car park surrounded by beautiful olive trees, which immediately creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The reception team were very friendly and welcoming. Although they spoke very little English, they had a great sense of humour and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Check-in was quick and we were soon shown to our room. The room itself was spacious, modern, bright and airy. It was well equipped with a minibar, fridge and complimentary toiletries. We were also provided with both bath towels and separate pool towels, which was a nice touch. Our ground-floor room was situated directly opposite the swimming pool. The pool was a lovely size, beautifully maintained and at a perfect temperature. There were plenty of sunbeds available and, during our stay, it felt like we had the entire pool area almost to ourselves. Although we didn’t have the opportunity to try the restaurant, which had been highly recommended to us, we did enjoy breakfast there on both mornings. There was a good selection of fresh meats, cheeses, yoghurts, granola and pastries, all of which were fresh and enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Hotel 3 stelle Tenuto veramente bene, personale top, professionale , gentile , sorridente. Ottima la pulizia della camera e degli ambienti comuni, bella la piscina e il dehors. Spaziosa e molto pulita la camera e il bagno con una doccia molto comoda, ottima la qualità degli asciugamani e arredamento camera da letto, ottima la qualità del sonno sia per l’ubicazione ma anche per l’insonorizzazione della camera e la qualità dei materassi e cuscini . Buona la dotazione manca però il coffe/tea set e acqua complimentary .Discreta la colazione, mancano prodotti tipici locali e un po’ di scelta in più per il salato e il dolce , ma il servizio che svolgono le ragazze, sempre sorridenti e gentili colmano questo gap. Nel complesso ottima struttura, consigliatissima.

Un’oasi di pace, molto curata con decine e decine di piante di ulivi, piscina e lettini con ombrelloni. Forniscono se richiesti i teli per i lettini. Luogo ideale per rilassarsi e temprarsi peccato essere rimasti solo due notti. La camera nuova molto bella come il bagno con doccia moderna grande, di design. Colazione soddisfacente se proprio dovessi dare un consiglio amplierei il salato. Personale accogliente e disponibile. Non abbiamo provato il ristorante. Abbiamo visitato Mazara del Vallo, il tempio di Segesta e a pochi km di distanza dalla struttura ci sono le saline : spettacolo imperdibile al tramonto. La Spiaggia di San Teodoro a meno di 10 km non ci è piaciuta, troppo trascurata. Avevamo poco tempo e non lo abbiamo dedicato alla ricerca di una spiaggia di nostro gusto. Ci tornerò!

This property is located in a very quiet area with not much to see in the immediate vicinity so you need a car if you want to visit the surrounding area. The hotel itself is small and lovely. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool area is a great place to just chill out. It is nice to wake up and see the olive trees outside. The onsite restaurant has a delicious breakfast and tasty dinner options. The staff was definitely the highlight for us. Everyone was so warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. We would not hesitate to stay at the Baglio Custera again. Many thanks to Ettore, his brother Eugenio (may not have gotten this name correct) and their Dad Giuseppe for making our stay a memorable one in only good ways. And we cannot forget Brigitte who is an excellent baker and made sure all our needs were met at breakfast. The rest of the staff, from the restaurant servers to the cleaning staff were all so friendly and made us feel at home. Thank You to all for a lovely stay at your lovely hotel.

Best!

The best accomodation we had in Sicily. Rooms were spotless clean. The hotel is surrounded by olive trees which makes it a wonderful scenery to find yourself in. You can dine at the hotel, which is very convenient, no need to look for a restaurant elsewhere. And the food is also the best we had in Sicily. They were very nice to cook something outside the menu for our baby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would return as soon as possible.
