I have practically no complaints about the motel services. We were familiar with that because we stayed up there a few years ago. Nothing was changed since then. The main problem’s appeared right after the booking that particular motel through Hotels.com. I had to block and to replace two of my credit cards because of multiple fraud alerts I received from the banks. Also I’ve got some fishing request via Hotels.com virtual assistant chat. Most likely my booking has been intercepted due to some security breaches. I can provide screenshots of unusual Hotels.com service behaviour regarding that particular booking for the future investigation. But Unfortunately there’s no any real contact information at Hotels.com to report the issues like that. The decent customer support either. So I strongly do not recommend hotels.com until they resolve the problem.
