Clean enough, only to sleep, comfortable bed but pillows and paper thin. Ugly decor beyond belief. Reception desk understaffed yet working had to try make things happen. In between highways between town and the Messe exposition. Ok location

Needs attention in the room

It was a good experience, but considering the price, the place didn’t attend the expectations. The bathroom had a problem in the shower and there was some lights in the room that wasn’t working. The bed was comfortable and the staff was really friendly.

There is absolutely nothing in walking distance of this hotel other than (thankfully) an Italian restaurant next door. The hotel only serves breakfast, so only had dinners at the restaurant next door. Not even a store in walking distance. Paid a very high price for a low level of service, no amenities at all (not even shampoo) due to a trade show at the Messe. Was not worth the almost 300 euro per night!

Es wurde an allen Tagen das Bett nicht gemacht der Abfall keinen einzigen Tag gelehrt Schuhlöffel fehlte man konnte außer dem Frühstück keine Getränke konsumieren gerade Abends wäre wenigsten ein Getränk z.B. über einen Zimmerkühlschrank empfehlenswert Retzeption im Hotel war an keinem Tag besetzt man musste ins Hotel Ibis zur Anmeldung und Abmeldung gehen und da wurde mir ein Zimmer zugewiesen das nicht gereinigt war das Bett war nicht gemacht und das Laken voller Flecken ich lehnte dieses ab und bestand auf ein neues was erst nach einiger Zeit genehmigt wurde der Rezeptoniest sagte dass das Zimmer als gereinigt freigegeben worden war Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und das Personal freundlich

Not such a great stay

No staff on reception so had 30min queue in the Ibis next door, very basic albeit clean room with no soap in the bathroom, had to use shower gel to wash hands. Breakfast was okay, quite basic, staff pleasant but not enough coffee for number of guests so I missed out on that and still cost €15 which was too expensive given what was available .

Ein Empfangsmitarbeiter kam um 23.00 Uhr unagekündigt, unter Missbrauch seiner Keycard, in mein Zimmer. So etwas habe ich noch erlebt und ich kann alle Frauen nur warnen alleine in dieses Hotel zu fahren. Ich habe ihn rausgeworfen und die Tür von innen verriegelt, damit er sich keinen Zutritt mehr zu meinem Zimmer verschaffen konnte. Meine Beschwerde diesbezüglich hat das Hotel nicht interessiert und das Geld wurde auch nicht wie angekündigt zurückbezahlt.

Rezeption eine Katastrophe. Es geht keiner ans Telefon. Vor Ort haben wir angerufen, der Mitarbeiter schaut aufs Telefon und setzt sich entspannt auf seinen Stuhl. Ungeschultes Personal! Das ist ein in die Jahre gekommenes Arbeiter Hotel. Die Lobby sieht modern aus, die Zimmer schlicht. Der Wasserhahn im Bad war locker. Das erste Zimmer hatte kein Strom, wir versuchten aus dem Zimmer anzurufen weil uns keiner begleitet hat. An der Rezeption saßen 4 Mitarbeiter, keiner ging ran. Zimmer war ansonsten sauber, zum nur da schlafen ist es ok.

Seria melhor, se tivesse recepção e segurança

Hotel com quarto bom, cama boa, banheiro bom e produtos shampoo e sabonetes de boa qualidade. Estacionamento foi pago 10 euros por noite e valor esta OK. O que nao gostei foi da recepçao no Mercure estar fechada, assim como o bar do Mercure e voce ter que fazer o checkin no hotel ao lado ibis. Alem de ser uma recepçao unica para os dois hoteis, o mercure fica sem ninguem no hall e passa uma sensaçao de insegurança pois qualquer um entra no hotel e pega o elevador, tendo ou nao cartão do quarto, sendo ou nao hospede. Nao me senti seguro quando chegava a noite e varias pessoas na porta do hotel entrando e saindo sem ter um segurança no local.

Dreckiger Teppich, kaputte Tapete, Empfang und Bar musste im Nebenhotel genutzt werden. Wäre ich nicht für die Wiesn hier gewesen und somit kaum im Zimmer, hätte ich das Hotelzimmer nicht akzeptiert. Einziger Vorteil war das, dass Zimmer groß war, da wir zu dritt im Hotel waren.
