It was a great experience. We especially liked the way the breakfast was served. There were 5 of us and due to the pandemic rules and regulations during this time, the servers were so helpful. I had to get breakfast for 5 of us, so we didnt take everyone out, and they were willing to help figure out the best way to get all the breakfast back to our room.

Fun easy time with family

The staff were extremely rude, judgemental, intrusive, and very all around unprofessional. They made the stay become very uncomfortable to the point we didn't even want to be there no more. It was the signal worst customer service I've ever experienced in any kind of commerce in my entire adult life.

Traveling during covid can be a little unnerving. SpringHill Suites did a wonderful job. Desk staff wore masks and had a plexiglass shield up. Guests were required to wear masks in public spaces. Housekeeping was all wearing masks as well, and our room was very clean, and also quiet. Parking was easy and there was security roaming for peace of mind. Continental breakfast was served to-go with yogurt, fruit, bagels, muffins, coffee and juices being handed out in brown paper bags. 10/10.

The hotel wasn't bad just had a rocky start. They're was no washcloths and no extra bedding for the sofa bed. The good thing is the guy (sorry I don't remember his name)at the front desk fixed every issue right away. Minus, the people above us not being considerate they were in a hotel it was quiet. The location of the hotel was perfect for all the activities we wanted to do. Overall, I would stay here again. Also, there's a bbq restaurant walking distance that was really good.

Employees at hotel were friendly and courteous. The only thing I disliked was the lack of room not being cleaned on a daily basis before COVID. Understand that hotels are trying to keep minimal contact in rooms but it also seems that they are taking advantage of COVID to save money in room service.

Room was clean except for minor stains on sofa. Beds were very comfortable. Service was great for a casual chain. When we called because the iron wasn’t working, they brought up a new one immediately. When they didn’t have a safe deposit box large enough for our laptop, the manager offered to lock it in her office. When our takeout food was missing utensils, the front desk found some for us. Great having a living area separate from the sleeping area. Would stay here again.

Nice clean place to stay. Very comfortable room and great service.
