Gostamos muito da experiência no hotel, começando pela recepção, sempre cordial e eficiente. Os manobristas também foram atenciosos, embora em alguns momentos tenha havido uma pequena demora na entrega do carro. A limpeza dos quartos chamou atenção de forma positiva — inclusive, era comum ver várias funcionárias atuando nos andares, o que transmite cuidado constante com o ambiente. O café da manhã foi um destaque à parte: muito bem servido, com variedade diária e equipe da cozinha sempre prestativa. Não tivemos tempo de usar a academia, mas os equipamentos aparentavam ser bons. Sobre as áreas de lazer, a piscina infantil parecia um pouco suja, embora não possamos afirmar com certeza. Já a piscina adulta estava com aparência mais escura, o que também gerou dúvida em relação à limpeza. Um ponto de atenção foi um dos elevadores, que apresentou problemas e demorou a ser consertado. Ainda assim, entendemos que imprevistos acontecem até nos melhores hotéis. No geral, a experiência foi muito positiva. Nota 10 e recomendamos! Um abraço especial para o Gomes, funcionário atencioso e diferenciado.
