Checking in requires downloading a 3rd party app, got poor information regarding our assigned room was in a separate building next door, calls to the help phone number went unanswered. We met another couple checking in that experienced nearly the same except that the building with their assigned room was down the street in the next block. We never found any staff on site and gave up on phone contact.

Our room had two queen size beds, very spacious and clean. There was a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in our room. The one thing I would suggest getting would be a table to eat on. We enjoyed the balcony porch and ate there because it did have a table. The woman that managed all 3 of the of the properties was pleasant and very helpful. And when you called the number for the facility, they were very responsive and helpful.

The property is old and outdated. The plumbing doesn’t work correctly. There’s no elevator and the stairs are not lit well. The porch is lovely but filthy. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great and beautiful room. This is my second time staying here. The building is such an original old school home converted into private room rentals. Each time have been easy checkin with the EasyPass app, but also walking distance and so close to everything you want to see in Appalachiacola town. Highly recommend this lovely, and quaint place.

We love the Coombs Inn but it's no longer a bed and breadfast. There were also little things that they need to fix like a flickering bathroom light bulb and we weren't able to open the windows because they were painted shut. Besides that, Coombs Inn is an awesome old house that was very peaceful!
