Very misleading description.
This place is advertised as a hotel with a bar, restaurant, spa, laundry facilities, and a pool. The only true thing is that there is a pool, and it is quite nice.
This is not a hotel. It is an unstaffed (apart from visiting cleaners) ex-hotel that has been turned into a bunch of self-check-in Airbnb rooms. There is no bar, no restaurant, and certainly no spa. I guess one could do laundry in the pool??
It does have a great view which most reviewers are keen on. The location is odd, it is within what seems to be a gated horse farm - you 100% need a car, and there is a ridiculously frustrating gate system to get in and out of the place.
The rooms, though spacious, are tired, very basic, and in desperate need of updating. The only communication from the very obviously remote owner is a note saying that you will be charged $25 if you steal a towel - trust me, they are not worth stealing!
The sad thing here is that it could be a really fantastic place - unfortunately, it is not.
Read the 2-star reviews here, not sour grapes but the truth - I sure wish I had!!
My advice would be to look elsewhere.
