Es un hotel muy original. Muy bien ubicado. El servicio en el restaurante es muy malo. La primera noche no nos permitieron entrar al restaurante por qué tenían un evento privado. Un hotel 5 estrellas siempre debe tener un restaurante abierto para sus inquilinos. Y nunca se les debe decir que no. Teníamos una Junior Suite y el cuarto en donde estaba la cama estaba muy húmedo. El sistema de aire acondicionado es central y solo se puede apagar o prender hablando a recepción. No se puede regular ni el flujo ni la temperatura.

We were stunned when we talked through the door. How cool is it to stay in a cave that has been lived in for 3000 years. First class all the way including the staff and loved the location. I hear Mel Gibson stayed here for Passion.

Utroligt dejligt hotel. Værelserne var stor og flot indrettet. Sengene var dejligt at sove i. Men morgenmad kunne nu godt have være en smule bedre skulle selv spørge om vi kunne få omelet osv men kaffe var god. Så bestem et hotel jeg vil anbefale.

Beautiful location and a beautiful room. We stayed in a cave room and it was so nice! The bed was very comfy The hotel team reached out in advance and on the day of arrival to ensure we knew where to park and to arrange our transfer from the car park (15e return). The staff were all very friendly! Breakfast was great with a great view from the terrace Dinner at Regia Corte was a little underwhelming for the price but the pizza place was great! We enjoyed exploring the city everything in the old town/cava are is walkable from the hotel just lots of steep steps

We rented out 3 rooms , all the room are different and very unique - clean - WiFi working well . There is some stairs from the hotel lobby to the room but the staff are amazing they will take care all your luggages with no problem. We ate at the hotel restaurant upstairs for one night . The view is beautiful but the food isn’t that good, service is a big disappointment , I almost rate them lower because of the restaurant service but I feel bad for all the people who’ve working at the front desk they worked super hard to please the customers. Overall, I love the hotel - the town . 2 days is enough for you to explore this town .

OMG. This property was amazing. We stayed in one of the Cave hotel rooms and it was like nothing else I have ever seen. The hotel was top-notch, the staff and service was top-notch, the view was beyond top-notch. I cannot recommend this hotel or staying in the Sassi area enough. I feel so lucky to have experienced this area of the world and cannot say enough good things about the property. The staff were so helpful from day one (we stayed 3 nights). 5-star service all the way. On our last day, we really did not have an itinerary for the last 3-4 days of our time in Italy until we flew out of Rome. The front desk employee suggested 2 places, including Orvieto. We took her advice and had the best time finishing off our 3-week tour of Croatia and Italy.
