This hotel was exactly what it promises to be. It was reasonably priced and relatively safe (all residential houses around it) to spend the night before getting on our cruise the next day!

Misleading listing

This Motel 6 was very misleading. It’s actually a house turned into a motel with almost no lighting and street parking only, which wasn’t listed. The nearest spot was three blocks away with a 9 AM move requirement. The manager was rude and unhelpful when I asked for a refund. Definitely would not recommend — felt unsafe and falsely advertised.

When we first got there was a little confused because its in the middle of residental homes outside was little sketchy but once we got inside it actually was pretty nice we jus stay for one night for a cruise the next day resonally price for a quick stay only problem they have no private parking which kinda made a lilttle worried mainy about getting a ticket due to u havin to park on the street other than that it was all around a great place to stay

This should not be a hotel location on a busy street without parking. I didn't check it when booking. We got to walk 2 blocks back after finding a parking space on a street and so afraid of the surrounding after midnight.

It’s motel 6

The motel is going through a renovation, so some of the hallways are torn up. My room had bathroom window that was hard to open and close. The bathroom was small but nice. The bed was uncomfortable and I was up most of night. It appeared people lived there. I would judge by bars on the windows, not the safest place to stay.

Staff was friendly but property looks like a haunted house from the street. Woke up at 2am feeling bug bites. Saw no bed bugs so I think it was fleas. Website says “pet friendly”, which I guess is code for fleas. Bathroom was so tiny the door wouldn’t open more that 18 inches without hitting the sink.

This property was not wasy to find on MapQuest the address read Los Angeles so Lyft thought the motel wascin Downtown. There is no ADA approved entrence for the lobby. The room had no microwave and rhe door to the bathroom did not close. In all the motel was substandard to the othwr Motel 6 I have stayed at.

No pool did use air conditioning, NO PARKING LOT HAD TO PARK A BLOCK AWAY IN A DARK SHADY AREA OF TOWN. Woke up to find homeless couple sleeping on stairs in hallway. super small bathroom . I will never stay there again . i have stayed at many Motel 6 locations THIS IS THE WORST EVER.

Motel is in a safe and quiet neighborhood with multiple restaurants within walking distance. Interior is modern and pretty, and the room was extremely clean. Staff were friendly. My only issue was the flat pillows, I would recommend bringing your own pillow. The bed was average, could have been better, but tolerable. Street parking is difficult unless you park early in the day. Overall, an excellent budget option! I would happily rent again.

Don’t book here unless you ride a bike that needs limited space to park and like to be around homeless. Front desk person was very rude and asked us to cancel our booking with Expedia only to avoid helping us and to keep our money. There was also someone at the very entrance sitting down on the stairs smoking pot. This is how safe and pleasant this place is.
