The room was clean. The room we stayed in was supposed to be a queen bed but it was a full. The room we stayed in had a huge bathroom perfect for doing your hair & makeup. Hair dryer, iron, small coffee maker, mini fridge & microwave all in the room.

The staff were fine and the room was clean. The water pressure was very weak and the water temperature was lukewarm at best. The shower never got hot and would turn cold often. Wifi was slow, the TV was small and did not have smart functions. The walls are thin-like a lot of motels. It didn't help that the guests above us arrived late and seemed to want to get their steps in and test their mattress, both nights we were there. The parking is fine and the hotel is safe. If the amenities get updated, I'd feel like staying again.

The room was spotless and clean. I loved that there was a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable too. The room was spacious too. The staff was helpful from the phone call I made to contact them to being there in person. Brett was so friendly and courteous and tried to accommodate my friend and I to have rooms next to eachother. Brett was polite and he even carried my friend's luggage up to her room. I definitely plan on going back to the Oakridge Inn when I go to Ojai. It was just a wonderful stay. I highly recommend the Oakridge Inn.

Particularly pleasant and helpful staff. Clean comfortable room, huge bathroom counter (there were three ladies in the room so we really appreciated that). Breakfast is only provided on weekends, but when we showed up hopefully on a weekday, the staff generously provided us with bananas, bagels and oatmeal. Thank you!
