Seasons Darling Harbour

Great location! In the heart of China town, walk to Haymarket, Darling Harbour and nice close attractions for the kids. The mattresses weren't that comfortable and sunk in deeply when on it. The bathroom could be a little cleaner.

Rooms were nice service was pathetic and the foyer smells

I didn't like checking in late getting my keycard and not being able to go to my floor as the Keycard didn't work. When I went done to reception no one was there so I was effectively locked out of my room !!!

Rooms very spacious and clean and staff friendly Just didn’t like you can’t leave a deposit in cash much be credit card which takes 5 to 7 business days to be refunded. When they take the deposit out of my account it comes out straight away but to put it back in it takes 5 to 7 business days. This does not make sense to me, and very upset with this arrangement with hotels.

Well, when you arrive to find no one at the 24 Hour reception for 45 minutes, noone answering phone, no toilet paper in room, stove doesn’t work, bed is broken, one couch fusion only, fridge is broken no mini bar, air connnotnworking properly, on a 37 degree day, no pool open, and rude customer service finally, you know it’s a horrible place to stay!!

The price we paid for great accommodation in the heart of the city was unreal! Would definitely stay again

This is the third times that we been here, but the conditions of the room is deteriorated massively. Beside the bed was comfy, everything is falling apart. Looked more like a two stars hotel now. we couldn’t get to the gym or the pool as you have to to the top level and then go to another lift to go up, but our access key card can not operated the other lift. When I asked the receptionist why we couldn’t get to the gym and the pool, he told us that because of the Covid-19, the pool is closed and the lift is not part of the hotel. So technically the hotel does not have a pool or gym. So it misleading.

Not impressed that we had booked a room with 2 adults and a 10 year old with no additional bedding and the attaching room which I also added an additional adult and then charged for roll out beds

Staff member gave incorrect details about the hotel and the stay. We were refused a refund once calling through Wotif and speaking to the hotel. I don’t know if google has details for one hotel under another and the two hotels get confused often but when calling this hotel we were directed through to season harbour plaza hotel instead of the darling harbour one and I think there the mix up happened.

Great location, comfy bed, place is very run down.
