we really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The Apartment style rooms with sitting and dining areas separate to the bedroom was exactly as hoped.
The staff we spoke to were extremely friendly, helpful but largely apologetic, there just didn't seem to be enough of them. We stayed over Easter weekend and all services had been stripped back. Combining the two rooms we had, the bed was made up just once in eight nights and the resort ran out of pool (and other towels) on easter Monday, this led to us having to use and launder the bathroom towels provided in the room ourselves. Not a good look and completely avoidable. Unless the issue of fully staffing the property during public holidays is addressed, I would not stay here during those periods.
