The desk clerk said the room with 2 beds we had book for was not available and asked if we wanted to cancel before I asked. That is why I gave him 4 Stars! We never got to see the room, but I guarantee it does not look like the picture shown online. The whole place is dirty and smells awful.

I still wonder how places like these are still in business. I booked 2 rooms, as soon as we walked in it was an instant “No Way!!”. The bedsheets were stained, dirty as if someone walked on the bed with dirty boots, the floor was filthy. I am almost convinced that the bed sheets were not even changed after the previous guests checked out. Oh, and the smell throughout the hallways was horrible. This place out to be shut down!

Was looking for an inexpensive stay for one night. Booked based on pictures. The pictures that are posted have to be from a different location. Bed was clean but that was about it. TV didn't work, toilet seat was falling off the toilet. Shower still had a dirty wash cloth in it and some hair on sink.

Was not impressed bugs in the sheets, stains on the sheets and comforter burn holes. Shower was very dirty. One trash can in the whole place. Had to ask for towels in washcloths. No literature for food no snack machine no pop machine no ice machine old furniture And it cost over a $100. For the night. Very, very disappointed would not recommend anyone staying there. Although was repeatedly informed of no refund policy.

They wait until your check in time is passed so they can charge the entire stay before trying to fix problems. You are better off sleeping in your car because it's so cold. They use AI so the pictures look updated.

Motel 6 Williamstown, NJ

Motel 6 in Williamstown NJ was an excellent stay, couldn’t have been happier, the staff was very friendly and helpful, some of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of talking to, and the stay was overall very comfortable for me. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a weekend getaway!

Trash from previous occupant left in room; toilet seat not attached; only 3 electrical outlets in room; no ice machine; bedside table had outlets but there was no outlet to plug it into; no chairs of any kind; took trash to office to get another bag and they wanted me to take the trash to the dumpster - RIGHT!; only 2 overhead lights in room (1 in bathroom and 1 in bedroom) - no lamps; no hand soap; no tissues; shower barely sprayed out the water; no housekeeping - had to go to office to get towels! BUT there was a 48" VIZIO TV on the wall (which we never watched)!!!!!!!!!!! NO MORE MOTEL 6 STAYS IN MY FUTURE!!

The staff was very kind and helpful but the bathroom was riddled with bugs that kept coming from the sink. It was kinda inconvenient to drive around the property to get to the lobby as well.

Rooms were all unsanitary. Location was unsafe. Doors to building did not lock. TV's did not work. Rooms were not cleaned in weeks. Human hair all over shower, floor. Burn holes in linens, crack pipe burns in desks and floor. Staff refused refunding after cancelling 3rd night for all these reasons and Expedia did nothing to assist. Total rip off and disgusting. Been in Fraternity houses that were cleaner and safer.
