A Royal Tulip Experience

It's the Royal Tulip, the stay was as expected. Resort type feel when on the property, beautiful pool area and staff are very friendly. Not exactly the "Holambra" experience one would expect, but it is a lovely getaway one would expect from the Royal Tulip brand. The town centre is about a 7 minutes drive from the hotel but not onerous. The area is in farm country, you might get stuck behind a tractor but that adds to the charm.

Creio que seja o melhor hotel de Holambra, localização é cerca de 2,5 km dos principais pontos turísticos l, exige que você esteja de carro, mas creio que não é um problema. Senti falta de uma estação de carregamento para carro elétrico/hibrido. Academia pelo tamanho do hotel é pequena, piscina de adultos externa também. Restaurante também é apertado, como o hotel estava com lotação máxima acabou ficando pequeno o local, mas em contrapartida não faltou alimentou, sempre tinha reposição mesmo perto do horário de encerrar o café. O quarto é ótimo, banheiro pequeno, mas o quarto num modo geral é ótimo.

O hotel é muito gostoso. A equipe de entretenimento é muito boa, estrutura é legal, principalmente a área da piscina. O que poderia melhorar é o atendimento na área da piscina. A equipe ainda não parece estar bem treinada para atender. Os pedidos demoram muito, algumas vezes vêm errados. E alguns itens do cardápio estão sempre em falta. O Wifi poderia melhorar um pouco também.
