Clean hotel and very modern. Rooms extremely small with almost no storage options so you could not really unpack anything. Restaurant had ok food but Service was poor. Sunday restaurant and bar was closed which we found odd and inconvenient. Of all Scandic hotels we have stayed at this is our least favorite. 12th floor relaxation room was beautiful and best feature.

Hotellets absolut största styrka är den fantastiska utsikten från rummet – den är verkligen magisk och den främsta anledningen till att jag skulle kunna tänka mig att återvända. Personalen vid frukosten var också väldigt trevlig och bemötande. Tyvärr finns det flera saker som drar ner helhetsintrycket. När något tog slut på frukostbuffén fylldes det inte på, vilket var en besvikelse. Jag hade även uppskattat ett större utbud, exempelvis chiapudding och färska frukter som vattenmelon, kiwi och liknande. Istället fanns endast fryst frukt. Pannkakorna var dessutom uppvärmda köpepannkakor, vilket känns som en onödig genväg och ett minus för hotell i den här prisklassen. En annan stor nackdel är att rummen inte städas automatiskt. Man måste själv be om städning, annars byts varken handdukar, toalettpapper fylls på eller soporna töms. En grundläggande service som detta borde ingå varje dag utan att gästen behöver säga till. Badrummet saknade också små detaljer som vanity kit och body lotion, vilket hade höjt känslan av kvalitet. Det som förvånade mig mest var att det inte fanns möjlighet att göra kaffe eller te på rummet, och att hotellet inte heller bjöd på kaffe eller te i lobbyn. Istället behövde man köpa det. För ett hotell i den här prisklassen tycker jag att en kostnadsfri kaffe- och testation för gäster borde vara en självklarhet. Att ta betalt för något så grundläggande känns snålt och drar ner helhetsupplevelsen. Sammanfattningsvis är hotellet fint med ett fantastiskt läge
