Tolles Hotel am Strand, Zimmer ziemlich neu renoviert und schön, der private Whirlpool auf der Terrasse war noch nicht in Betrieb. Pool OK, Frühstück bei den auf der anderen Seite der Strandpromenade liegenden Tischen, direkt am Strand war einfach traumhaft. Beim ersten Mal waren wir ob des servierten Frühstücksbuffets, wo man aus einer Karte jede Speise max. einmal auswählen konnte, etwas irritiert, aber wir haben das System dann auch kapiert. Freundliches Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

He was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making every guest feel special. It’s rare to find that level of personal care, and it truly elevated the entire experience. The bartenders deserve a spotlight of their own—every coffee and cocktail was crafted to perfection. Each visit to the bar was an amazing experience. Mornings quickly became something to look forward to thanks to the incredible breakfast. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, it was the perfect way to start each day before heading out to explore. And the location?! Absolutely unbeatable! It is right on the boardwalk in Kamari and steps away from stunning beach views, great dining, and the vibrant energy Santorini is known for! —Yet the hotel still manages to feel like a private retreat. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with their own private Jacuzzi. This place doesn’t just offer a stay—it delivers an experience. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I would return in a heartbeat.

Spent 2 weeks at the Elixir del mar, our room was excellent with a hot tub on the terrace, which we used every day and had a beautiful view of the Aegean Sea whilst we sipped a glass of wine! Breakfast was great and plentiful, omelettes pastries yogurt and fruit, orange juice and coffee, right on the beach! We loved the beach, stony but had come prepared with swim shoes, a few days the waves we too much for me so the pool was used those days, always plenty loungers, and kept nice and clean, We loved the fact there weren’t any mosquitoes around not sure if this continues into high summer! Dined at the restaurant our first evening and the food was good but so many other restaurants and evenings out at different locations meant we didn’t get a chance to eat there again! Staff all great and friendly, very helpful, Pool area and changing facilities for late checkout could use some updating! All in all highly recommended this Hotel!

Stor skuffelse

Vi havde booket 'Superior' Studio med seaview, til 1.000 kr. pr. overnatning. Der var INTET Supirior over det lille og slidte rum vi fik (i øvrigt blev vi først henvist til et rum, hvor der var delvis/skrå seaview. Kun fordi vi insisterede på at få SEAVIEW, fik vi et andet rum) Det eneste positive var den ret store balkon der hørte til rummet. 1. og sidste gang på Elixir. Og vi har boet en hel del steder i Kamari, så dette var en stor skuffelse. Stedet ser meget hyggeligt ud, set fra strandpromenaden. Set 'indefra' - så trænger stedet i den grad til en renovering.

B&B sul lungomare di kamari

piccolo hotel sul lungomare di Kamari , a pochi metri dal mare , comodissimo a tutti i servizi. Purtroppo per tre giorni siamo stati senza acqua e luce con parecchio disagio considerando il caldo di agosto e forse questo problema, che non dipendeva certo dalla struttura, ha reso meno piacevole il soggiorno. Pare sia frequente a Santorini per cui mi sono stupita che non fossero organizzati come altri con generatore autonomo di corrente. Dormire senza aria condizionata e lavarsi con acqua minerale , non e' stato il massimo...magari in un campeggio avrebbe avuto un altro peso! Da dirsi che i gestori si sono resi disponibili con la loro navetta sia all'arrivo dall'aeroporto all ' hotel che alla partenza verso il porto da cui partono i traghetti . Colazione compresa e wi fi , corrente elettrica permettendo.

This is a gem of a hotel right on the beach. The rooms are modern and of a reasonable size with an extra little hot tub. Staff were fabulous. The area surrounding the hotel was great, many dining options (go to Napoli pizzeria food is lovely and pasta freshly made). The Santorini restaurant has gorgeous food as well. We actually didn’t have a bad meal there at any restaurant. The bus is close by (about 10 min walk) and you can travel to Fira for €2 then pick up another bus to other areas of the island for another €2. The buses do get busy but it’s all manageable. I absolutely loved this hotel and would certainly go again. No complaints whatsoever about the hotel or surrounding area apart from the masseuse on the beach who are quite aggressive and touchy feely trying to get you to have an unlicensed massage going from one sweaty body to the next with no proper sanitation in between. That is my only complaint which didn’t affect my stay it was just a nuisance every 5 mins. I found the best thing to do was totally ignore them.

El hotel está en la playa de Kamari, la cual es una zona tranquila pero cuenta con varios restaurantes. Asimismo, el personal del hotel es súper amable, atento y dispuesto a resolver todas tus dudas. En cuanto a la limpieza de las instalaciones, ésta era buena, ya que el personal limpiaba constantemente.

Hotel bien ubicado y acogedor

Todo ha estado muy bien. Un único comentario es que la zona de la ducha es bien estrecha y el desayuno muy bueno pero si estás más de 3 días resulta algo rutinario. La habitación es bastante cómoda, tiene cocineta y un bonita terraza. la piscina es agradable y la ubicación frente a playa Kamari
