Antlers at Vail

Excelente ubicación y servicio al cliente en general. Desde la recepción hasta la limpieza y customer service. El apartamento fue muy cómodo y ante cualquier necesidad que tuvimos, siempre hubo una respuesta y una acción para resolverlo.

Great facility in a beautiful location. Very comfortable except for the beds.

The view of the slopes/Gore Creek was beautiful. I wish the balcony was larger though. The fireplace was gorgeous stack stone and all of the bathrooms were updated and spacious. The towels were fluffy and thick (plenty of them) and the kitchen was well appointed.

Lovely fall visit! In a condo facing the Gore Range and stream!

Love Antlers we have been going there many times. Never disappoints.

Pool and hot tub was open and right next to river. Quiet and picturesque setting surrounded by fir trees.

This property is under renovation. The unit itself was nice with adequate supplies. The pool and hot tub area was also very nice. But the surrounding property is pretty messy.

The hotel is under construction. It was noisy and a mess. Had we known, we never would have booked at this hotel. The front desk guy actually told me that I had been sent several emails telling me that the hotel was under construction. It wasn’t true. There was one email that mentioned that construction would be completed on Dec. 1. We checked in on Dec. 7 and they weren’t even close to being complete. The units are old and run down. We supposedly had one of the best units....it definitely had a good layout but it was dated and worn. We won’t be back!

Hotel undergoing major construction. I wasn't notified of this when I reserved the room on Expedia. No heat in our unit had to relocate to another room.
