The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very delicious. Close to the shopping area and the beach. The elevator is bit too slow for the capacity of persons staying at this hotel.

Breakfast and waiters are excellent. Property is advertising the renovated rooms but when you arrive they give you an outdated 1970s room. They only hace renovated 1 bed rooms, but advertise the other that doesn’t exist.

Quarto pequeno, quando chegamos o banheiro estava com o lixo cheio e o box com cabelo e areia, além de ter apenas 2 toalhas num quarto quádruplo, estávamos em 3 pessoas e ao solicitar uma nova toalha, falaram que não havia mais governança e nem toalhas limpas, um dos adultos teve que tomar banho e se secar com toalha de rosto. Quarto reformado, porém o banheiro não tem ventilação, então logo ficará com mofo devido à umidade, por isso o ar condicionado tem que ficar ligado com alta ventilação para diminuir a umidade do quarto após o banho. Atendimento de check in e check out demorado, apenas um ante dente. Local do café da manhã fica bem bagunçado e com alguma sujeira, os talheres tem que ser solicitados. Os elevadores são pequenos, então em horários de pico demora para conseguir usar. A localização é boa.

No geral o quarto precisa de reformas, cadeira quebrada, box solto, vaso sanitário e torneira do banheiro com vazamento, das 5 tomadas que tinha no quarto apenas 2 funcionando, internet o sinal não chegava ao quarto ou seja a TV não funcionou.

Excelente atendimento é excelente, tanto na recepção, quanto nas dependências e café da manhã, que é muito gostoso e variado. Pequenos pontos não tão bons nos elevadores, que além de pequenos são instáveis e demorados, um tanto confuso para os hóspedes, talvez por haver um grande volume de pessoas e banheiro estava com águamuito forte na pia, molhando fora e deixando sistematicamente o banheiro ensopado.

De bom, só o café da manhã. O quarto que fiquei parecia hotel de beira de estrada. Uma pia minúscula, sem bancada, onde o hotel apoiou tudo: papel higiênico, shampoos, sabonete. Nem se quisesse dava para apoiar nem a escova e pasta de dente. Uma privada no mesmo nível, daquelas de dez reais na Leroy Merlin. Fiquei até surpreso do box de de vidro e não de plástico.... Roupas de cama e toalhas bem experientes, mas pelo menos não estavam furadas. Não volto nunca mais, não é três estrelas, não vale o preço

Quarto não condiz com as fotos do site. Totalmente antigo, banheiro horrível com vazamento, me senti em um quarto de hotel do centro da cidade mais baixo nível possível. O hotel estava lotado, café tá manhã faltava tudo, desde pão até prato, xícara, talheres. Mesas sujas. O cartão magnético da porta nunca funcionava, quando saia tinha que ir na portaria para magnetizar novamente. Nunca na vida fiquei em um quarto tão ruim e um café da manhã tão confuso. Pior escolha da vida, viajo muito para Copacabana e nunca tive uma experiência parecida com essa. Os funcionários são solícitos e queridos mas o hotel deixa a desejar em tudo.
