We had a terrible experience with the reception staff, who we informed on different occasions that the shower in our room was unregulated and scalding water was coming out unexpectedly. Their first response was: we don't have any more rooms, I'm sorry, and then, when a technician came for the third time and managed to verify the problem, they lied to Expedia and said that we 1. had not let the technician in, 2. that they had us Offered from the first day room change.
