Complete Mistake

Worst place I have ever stayed. Besides the TV, nothing worked in the room, including the plumbing. Unable to take showers our entire stay. Was lied to about getting a refund by both the Hotel and Hotel.com. Will never use either service or hotel again.

Bathroom of assigned suite was not properly clean. Bathtub, shower liner NOT clean. Shower liners should be replaced after each guest leaves. These were dingy and brown. Tub and sink had rust stains. Toilet under rim filthy and downright nasty. Carpet of on floor old and should be replace. Overall facility should be renovated
