Lovely hotel, free parking, decent breakfast, big rooms, on the bus route to the centre of Modena, but it is also walkable (c. 1.2 km). Would definitely stay here again, perfect place for visiting the various car museums in the area with a rental car due to the free parking. The price was good, the room was clean. The air con doesn't work until 15th April, which wasn't ideal, and we had a slight issue with the shower, but I would have no issues staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel B&B Modena. It was few mins away to the amenities we needed. The property itself was neat, lovely and easily accessible and had a private parking for an additional €7 p/n. We booked for a quadruple room which was amazing and provided us with the comfort needed for our stay. Staff were ready to answer any queries we had & breakfast was good. There are very nice restaurants in the neighborhood offering amazing Italian food.

Pleasant and helpful receptionist. Easy free parking on site. The room was very quiet clean and comfortable, the bed very comfortable. My only gripe was the waiting time for items to arrive at breakfast, the young waitress unfriendly and not particularly good at her job unlike everyone else.

Servicible spot. It's outside of the city center, but is well priced. Beds are comfortable and the room was spacious. Unfortunately it doesn't come with as many amenities and is very bare bones. We've received complimentary water bottles at all our other hotels except for here.

Location & price was good & has parking onsite. The sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable. We even tried rotating the mattress, sleeping with heads at the end of the bed & still super lumpy & uncomfortable. Our shower was not draining & we did not get it resolved the 2 nights we were there. If your on a budget & don’t need a sofa bed in addition to the regular bed this may be an affordable option, I personally would not stay here again.

Needed a place to stay for 1 night while touring a few car museums. Nice hotel with some parking, at times hard to find a parking spot. Breakfast was great! They had cereal and eggs and free water! Nice change from the pastries we have been eating all week. They do have pastries and bread and toasters with butter available! Our room was nice. A bit small from what we have been staying in but it served its purpose. There were 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. No chairs to sit on, basically just beds in rooms. The bed and pillows are terrible. No cushion or comfort. The pillows are so flat that i rolled mine to make it higher. It was later when we checked in or else i woudlve asked for more pillows. But like i said it served its purpose giving us a place to stay.
