Leider waren wir gar nicht im El Greco untergebracht sondern im Doktor Cave Beach Hotel. Die Dusche funktionierte nicht, um die Stehlampe an- und auszuschalten, musste man den Stecker betätigen und die Klimaanlage war sehr laut; die im Bad ging nicht auszustellen. Laute Musik am Pool

Buena ubicación, lugar tranquilo y limpio.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado en el centro de Montego Bay, es un lugar tranquilo, limpio y comodo. La habitación cuenta con una barra , refrigerador, microondas, tv, mesa de trabajo, aire acondicionado en la habitación, etc... Es un lugar limpio y por el costo vale la pena. El hotel luce ya un poco viejo y algunas instalaciones como el baño, la alberca, el restaurante, etc... ya se ven algo dañadas y les falta un poco de mantenimiento. Pero en general vale la pena. El desayuno esta incluido y la verdad esta muy rico aunque el servicio es algo lento. La vista desde el restaurante es espectacular y los atardeceres se ven maravillosos.

Lindo pero lejos del centro

me hospede solo un dia, las habitaciones normales, edficio un poco viejo. no tenes caja fuerte y debes pagarla. si tenes acceso mediante un ascensor a la mejor playa dr. caves. el desayuno un poco pobre, te lo dan ellos, vos no te podes servir. Tiene piscina pero no la use.

I stayed at El Greco in February of 2020 hotel was booked through Expedia.com location was great I was able to move around locally my biggest problem is El Greco still did not refund my Deposit that I should have receive at the end of my stay providing there was no issues regarding the property . El Greco please do the right thing send my refund.

Nothing. When I came to the front desk, they said my 'pre-paid reservation' was to late and I was at the desk at 2pm. For the first time in all my years of travel they did not let me in the hotel, and said I had to work it out with Orbitz to get a refund for not staying there.... This WRONG and NOT fair.

The bathroom vanity was falling apart, the kitchen light didn't work, the restaurant was constantly out of menu items and the service took forever. One day we waited at least an hour and 15 minutes for a simple lunch item!! Half the restaurant staff were terrible. The female lobby staff were not polite, friendly or helpful. They were all sullen and rude. The male lobby staff were fine. The pool was OK, but the whole place needs a makeover. It was not a hotel or resort but more like a Motel 6. We had a kitchen, but they didn't provide washclothes, towels, dish detergent, nothing. We had a coffee maker, but no coffee or tea. They also did not provide shampoo or body lotion. To buy all of this stuff either in the motel or in the convenience stores on the Hip Strip cost a fortune. If I was Expedia I would never have offered this motel as a travel option. I feel totally gypped.

Property is very old and outdated no Security I booked a room through Expedia when I got to the hotel I was told that the rooms were all booked up they sent me to a different property where I had to pay more money to stay there when I already paid online for one room. Horrible

When I arrived at the resort i was told that i had to be relocated to another hotel because there was maintenance issues, which is understandable. The issue for me was, you guys waited until i got there to relocate me, and the resort i was relocated to was horrible. When i initially booked, i booked a 2 bed 2 bath with 1 king size bed and 1 queen size bed. The hotel i was relocated to gave me a 2 bed 1 bath with 1 king size bed and 2 twin size beds. That is unacceptable for 2 full grown adults!
