We always enjoy our visit here. Very small beach town. Perfect little getaway. Property is perfect and has good accommodations. Door in our room was not bolted on well but aside from that we will be returning

Amazing Experience because of the Staff!! we had a small problem with the condition of our unit, and Ashley, the customer service manager, took care of us to the highest level… I would definitely choose this property because of the outstanding Customer Service of the staff.

The hotel is excellent; the only thing that I didn't like was that there is no WI-FI; only if you pay, there is WI-FI.

This was our first time visiting Birch Bay. Had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the staff was very nice. The unit was huge and had a fully stocked kitchen. Our kids loved the outdoor pool, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. The location is great—right by the water, close to some eating places, and a short drive to Birch Bay State Park. This place met all our expectations and even more. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

WorldMark Birch Bay is Wonderful!

Conveniently located in a beautiful area with outstanding accommodations. The WorldMark Birch Bay offers spacious suites at a very fair price.

The room was nice. Just be prepared for a complicated check in process where they invite you to coffee in a few days to try to sell you a timeshare. Also - you have to pay for Wi-Fi since you are not a owner.

We recently stayed at WorldMark Birch Bay and found the property to be clean and well maintained. The amenities were okay, and the location is great, being close to the beach. It would have been nice if the property offered a billiard room or a casual happy hour, similar to what some hotels provide, as that would have added to the overall experience. We also voluntarily attended the timeshare presentation. Unfortunately, we found the experience to be quite pressured and it lasted approximately two hours. We were also disappointed that we did not receive the seven free days that were offered for attending the presentation. Overall, the stay itself was pleasant, but the timeshare presentation experience was disappointing.

Great room renovations since our last visit. Suites are very spacious and comfortable. Convenient central location.

The staff were amazing and the hotel was clean and comfortable despite the renovations in progress. Only issue was a we had a little bit of a hard time finding good places to eat nearby. Nothing for breakfast places and all the nearby restaurants close really early, maybe because it was off season, might be better in the summer
