I stayed at the hotel 5 years ago and had a good impression at that time.
Unfortunately, the present stay changed this impression dramatically. The room was by all means not clean at all. The curtain was ripped, surfaces of tables, cupboards etc. we’re obviously not wiped. The TV and the antenna was were not disconnected, from their sockets, respectively and the dirty remote control was anywhere, but not at the place you could easily find it. The day after the I checked-in the cleaner even forgot the cleaning cloths in the room, which looked an DIY invitation to guest. Is this what you want to outsource to a business traveler?
Though in times of COVID services are limited but essential hygiene and cleaning is a mandatory service to guarantee the wellbeing of guests. I missed that basic service in this hotel, I changed to ibis next door, which was a different world regarding cleanliness and services. The room at ibis next door included a hygiene wrap for the remote control et. provided for a safe and pleasant environment. Things your Hotel did not provide at all!
