Excellent hotel room with lots of space. Very comfortable beds and good bathroom. Controllable airconditioning was a good bonus. Wonderful view over Hyde park. No noise at night, despite being on a busy street. Wonderful location, close to tube stations and many restaurants and supermarkets. Would stay again and will highly recommend.

Usual London experience - there should be more harmonisation on stars attributed to the Hotels as this one would never be a 4* star hotel anywhere in the world. I travel often and without a doubt this hotel would be a 2*, 3* at best in Dublin, Lisbon or Madrid.

Breakfast was nice, had the necessities. Me and my fiancé had a lovely stay, but.. We called for room service 21:00, which they say on the menu is served until 22:00. The lady who answered had to go check with the chef if they could make the burgers, but he had gone for a beer (her words precisely) so they wouldn’t be able to serve us. There was a lot of noise from the air con. Other than this it’s good value for the money, and staff was overall friendly. Worst part was mostly the terrible pillows…(But that’s me and my partners preference)

It was perfect for what I was seeking. Close to two train stations and all the activity of Queensway and Bayswater but removed enough that it was a bit quiet. The room itself was comfortable and the staff were helpful.

This is a great spot to stay if you have young kids. Being so close to Hyde Park (Princess Diana Memorial playground!), the bus and the tube made getting around super easy. The staff are so friendly. We got in too early to check in, but they held our bags for us so we could go exploring.
