Older property, but recent renovations have taken place. Housekeeping, and the front desk staff were very polite and kind. They double checked to make sure we had a clean well stocked room. My wife and I really appreciated that.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times while in the Spruce Pine area. They are in the process of renovating the rooms, so some are updated, some are not, but are functional. The staff is really nice and the hotel has a very cozy environment.

The room and facilities were very dirty. The floor in the room was pealing up. The door in the room looked like it had never been washed.

We would not stay due to no staff on site when we arrived in the afternoon and the overall poor condition of the property. We were not given a refund by the property o

8/10 Muy bueno

We stayed in this room mid renovation. The beds were very comfortable, the best we had on our 8-night trip. The floors were updated and the entire room was clean. Parking was easy and the common areas outside were spacious and inviting. They recognize that some people have pet allergies and gave us a mostly pet free room. Much appreciated. We had a good pizza at the Mad Hatter Pizza restaurant.
