Contraté una habitación en un complejo llamado Oasis y me dieron una habitación en un complejo inferior llamado DelMar, sin WIFI, con las comodidades y el tamaño de una celda, que no se parece en nada a lo que muestran las fotos, sin pileta, sin señal de wifi, ni siquiera funcionaba el microondas, si querés calentar agua o algo para comer tenés que ir a pedir en otro edificio a 3 calles los implementos de cocina ya que los cajones estaban vacíos y tampoco existe una conserjería en el lugar. El televisor tampoco funcionaba ya que la red de wifi del TV también estaba congestionada y se congelaba la imagen cada 10 segundos. Solo sirve para bañarse y seguir viaje, gracias a las chicas de la limpieza que son el único punto destacable. En resumen ma alquilaron una noche en un ex cuarto de herramientas con baño. Ni siquiera es decepcionante, se siente como una burda estafa. Todavía espero la devolución de los 100 U$S de depósito en garantía. Tengo fotos y videos si es necesario

We stayed there before going in a cruise. The room was clean and nice. The continental breakfast was great. We were a little confused about the check in. We missed it somehow to check in at 1915. We came in the dark and could not find the check in and were dragging our suitcases up and down the street but called and the staff helped us and once we found it, we were good. We would likely stay again now that we know how it all works. The staff were all very nice. Thanks

It was extremely difficult to find the office. We stumbled on it by accident. They brought batteries for the remote but the tv didn't work. But it was very very clean. And the bed was comfortable.

This property had super friendly staff. Check in was easy. If i had to have a negative it would be the surprise parking charge however it was cheaper than to park in public parking areas. All and all I will be staying there again and would most definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Well it was a while figuring out where to check into the office , then the line wait, liked the room no A/c in the bedroom, and the the towel rack come off in my hand when getting a towel , but the LOCATION is great near the beach big PLUS...

My overall experience was OK. I j like how you had to pay for parking . Also, breakfast is out of our room there’s no actual buffet. but the set up of most rooms are comfortable

The room was ok, but we won’t be returning. We really only needed a one day stay due to a flight cancellation, but we didn’t know when we booked it that the room wouldn’t be available until 4 pm and we needed to be out by 11 am. The site stated in small print that we needed to check in at a different location, so we missed that when we were trying to find the place. There are no numbers or even the name oasis on the place. There was no box of tissues, no soap at the bathroom sink and 3 pillows for 2 people! (We both use two pillows!) not too much of an oasis.

Traveled from Canada, arrived at 9pm to flooded parking lot, no signage, doors locked and no lights on. Waited for 10 mins for someone to answer the door. Front desk man angry and denied us a room and Kicked us out and turned lights off

The ad showed a pool, well looks like the have room scatter around the block so the pool was somewhat around another building not next to our out or close by. Breakfast was a block away. Parking was extra $20 I won’t stay ever again here. Also the address was wrong too

The reason why I choose this hotel it was because it’s close to the beach. The rooms need remodeling. The property was not well maintained. I told the Uber driver the address off of Expedia to drop me off and it was the wrong address.
