I have a service Dog as I’m blind registered, I also put all the details in when I made the booking via hotel.com, I’d use the filters too, won’t be using hotel.com again and certainly would never recommend to stay at peas and pebbles in Eastbourne, all they wanted was my online check-in and card info??? When I’d already paid the bill and they don’t offer any room service??? So I rang the hotel directly I explained who I was and that I had a service Dog, all that was said to me on the phone in very poor English was, no pets allowed no pets allowed no pets allowed, do not come here as no pets allowed? I attempted many times to explain my dog is not a pet it is a working dog because I am blind and I was just met with the same response no pets allowed no pets allowed,???
