Excellent service but needs some updates.
Excellent customer service, heated pool and hot tub, and Jimmys is a 5 star restaurant. The hotel just needs updates to the lobby, walkway to get to the elevator/rooms, and rooms. Also, more privacy between bedroom and bathroom (shutters that won’t stay closed between rooms). Service was excellent and the staff go above and beyond to cater to your needs. Fresh coffee, cocoa and tea were also great.

Such a beautiful hotel, far enough away from the casino area, but close enough to walk. They offer shuttle service as well. Gorgeous views of the lake and such a nice walking area. The rooms were very nice and the service was excellent.

The hotel was kind of older building. They charge $74 per night for parking middle of nowhere. I would have parked 20’ away on the street. The facility fee and parking was $107 per night. It is outrageous.

Excellent! Beautiful lake view. The only thing is that my room was next to laundry room and smoke coming out probably from driers. For summer time one cannot go to the balcony for fresh air. It was ok for me as it was wintertime and cold. I couldn’t not go out to balcony anyway.
