This is a nice hotel but for the price paid we were a little disappointed (especially as it did not include breakfast). Bed was very comfy and the shower was great but the fridge in the room was so loud I had to unplug it to be able to sleep. The air vent in the wall was also very loud.
The room looks stylish but isn’t very practical, no counter space in the bathroom, all the tables and pictures were on a slope, and some of the lighting didn’t work. The person at check in was great though, very friendly and helpful.
We used the hot tub outside, which was nice but again not very practical. We got changed in a ‘boot room’ and there were no lockers to put our stuff. You access the hot tub by going out the door from the indoor pool, but once you go outside you then can’t get back in (which we did not realise). So we had to walk through the bar area in our towels to get back to our stuff (not very fun).
The focus of the design of the hotel seems to be on style, as it looks good, but not always well thought through on the practical side.
