Gute Location, leider nicht sauber.

Gute, schöne Location in Paris, freundliches Personal. Sauberkeit: leider nicht so wirklich. Auf der Bettwäsche ein Menstruations-Blutfleck. Im anderen Zimmer hatte eines der Handtücher bräunliche Flecken. Auch beim zweiten Bett gab es bei der Bettdecke Reste von Flecken. Etwas Schimmel in der einen Dusche. Achtung: es ist zwar ein Nichtraucher-Zimmer, aber in den beiden Gärten wird non-stop geraucht – wir hatten unser Fenster zu einem solchen Garten, also mussten wir es geschlossen halten; dazu keine Klimaanlage. Es gab einen Ventilator, aber als ich diesen startete, war der Raum nachher voll von Staub, weil das Gitter des Ventilators extrem staubig war… Für die zweite Nacht wurde der Boden nicht gereinigt (die Fusseln vom Ventilator lagen immer noch am Boden). Parkplätze: Hotelparkplätze nur theoretisch vorhanden, meine Nachricht mit Bitte zur Reservation wurde nie beantwortet, und als wir dort waren meinte der Mann an der Rezeption, sie hätten «only one single space» auf dem Gelände, wobei das vielleicht ein sprachliches Missverständnis war. Trotzdem: in anderen Hotels in Paris hatte ich immer einen Hotel-Parkplatz bekommen, wenn «Parkplätze erhältlich» stand. Alles in allem gesehen denke ich, dieses Hotel hat keine 3 Sterne verdient. Als 2-Sterne-Hotel wäre es vertretbar, wenn sie die Sache mit der Sauberkeit in den Griff kriegen. Rauchen in den Gärten sollte verboten sein (wie in den öffentlichen Parks), besser eine Raucher-Lounge einrichten.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Our attic room was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely recommend staying here. There is a beautiful park down the road and lovely restaurants and bakeries. We could walk to many places from here too.
