The hotel is very nice. It has a large swimming pool, a 24-hour restaurant with the option to order food to the room, clean rooms, and a great location right by a beautiful beach. The only downsides are that there is no hot water in the shower, and the restaurant often runs out of ingredients for items on the menu.

It gives 'resort' vibes but it doesn't have the luxury of a resort. Things I liked: friendly and helpful staff, right on the beach, large pool, restaurant, room was HUGE - was literally a one-bedroom apartment. Things I didn't like: Alcohol-free hotel, one of the two elevators were broken, shower didn't have hot water, tap water tasted like salt, no activities desk to plan for fun trips.

A Great Stay that exceeded our expectations.

We loved the room. It was a three bedroom pent house and it included a balcony view overlooking the ocean. I did not want to leave. I plan to come back and stay for a full week. Loved everything about our room and the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs.

Please listen! Do not book this hotel. I hope this review doesn't get deleted as they have done with others. They would not give us our two-bedroom that we booked. Instead said that all 2 bedrooms were already booked. They called themselves giving us a 3-bedroom upgrade but that they said they had to switch another guest from to get us in. The room had strong mildew smell from the humidity in the area. And it was not one level but stairs to get to the bedroom. We definitely did not want stairs. We are left after the first night and are still trying to get our money back. The manager keeps putting us off when we call for our refund after he agreed to refund us for the 2 nights we did not stay. They are not honest people.
