If you’re going to stay here, pay a little extra for one of the renovated rooms. The location felt safe & it’s conveniently close to the beach, couple coffee shops and food. Do not stay in a non-renovated room. You will be disappointed with its cleanliness, smell, and lack of amenities.

The property is going through updates and we had an updated room but still felt a little dirty. The floors felt chalky and bathroom window was questionable The outlet next to my bed didn’t work. There are blinds but light still comes through the sides so if you like darkness to sleep bring an eye mask. Slightly noisy area. Only given one room key and if you lose it the cost is $30 to replace.

The area adjacent to the hotel is under construction so there is a lot of noise and work going on. The room I had 123 was large and clean but in need of upgrades. Windows were not operable, sink area light did not work, outlet near bed did not work. Only stayed for one night at a very cheap rate so did not complain since needed rest and did not want to deal with issues which I worked around. There was plenty of parking and there were several eateries within walking distance and the area was safe.. The beach is not exactly walking distance but close by. Good for a short stay and understand that there might have been renovated rooms and ones in need of upgrades.

The room was very dirty upon arrival. There were ants and residue on the bathroom sink, cigarette butts on the floor, and crumbs on the carpet. The room had an odor. When checking in, the receptionist swiped my card several times (it mustn't have been reading), then he got frustrated and threw my card on the counter before handing it back to me.
