The elevator was out of service when we checked in and remained inoperable for our entire stay. We were told there were no rooms on a lower floor even though the hotel did not seem very busy. We had to climb with all our belongings to the third floor. Not great for senior citizens. We also were told after paying for the room that there was a water boiling order. However the management had made no bottled water available to the receptionist. We had to go back out to buy drinking water in order to brush our teeth, drink, and make coffee in the morning.
The room was very clean and comfortable and the location was convenient for us.
