Close to the Cable Car and easy walk to harbour restaurants and the Beehive / government sites. Quest 256 is located very nicely in central Wellington. The main retail shopping area is literally on the doorstep and it's only a short walk to the waterfront with all of its bars and restaurants. The room itself was ideal and there was laundry facilities (and sachets of detergent) provided in the room. First time we've stayed in a Quest property and would highly recommend. They're certainly on our list for future short breaks and holidays.

Great studio room with good kitchen facilities, dish washer and washing machine. Not a huge room but adequate for two people, comfortable and had all we needed, it was very fresh and clean. Staff were good at check-in and during our stay. Liked the coffee machine and some little extras like washing liquid, dish tablets and coffee capsules. We used the parking as an extra which was easy enough just be aware you need to be careful with the tight access in and out of car park.

The room had washing machine which was convenient. The kitchen was nice and the room felt like it was brand new. The negative thing about this hotel is that they held the credit card authorization for a month. And it was supposed to be released in few days.
