First time staying here for a work trip, and it was such a pleasure! The staff were so welcoming and easy to talk to which was the highlight for me - it was just a plus that the room was perfect too! Thank you so much!

Absolutely spot on. Room was great, staff were superb and the location was perfect . Genuinely can't mark it down for anything at all.

Nice aparthotel however i thought the beds were poor. Comfortable enough but two singles pushed together and rickety frames. In bathroom toilet rollholder missing, hole in wallfilled in but not painted over.

Great hotel. Lovely rooms, great beds, lovely breakfast. Lots of walkable things to do nearby. Really friendly staff.

The property was clean and tidy; however, the room looked considerably larger in the photos than it was in reality. When I entered, I was genuinely shocked by how small it was. I had planned to cook during my stay, but decided to eat out instead, as the cooking facilities were positioned just a few feet away from the bed. This is something to bear in mind when booking, particularly if you intend to prepare your own meals. On a positive note, the shower room was surprisingly spacious and a decent size.

Our stay at the Gresham Aparthotel was great! We stayed for one night, and as the price was so cheap, I was sceptical at first. However, it exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious, modern and exceptionally clean. The hotel was right in the city centre, within easy walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is above a bar, but it has a very quiet, chilled atmosphere, with mostly people working on laptops there. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Leicester. It was great value for money!

The lobby and the bar are great. The location was central and close to parking options, although this was expensive.

The location is good however when I went into the room there was crumbs on the floor and a lot of dust also one of the blinds was broken so I had to sleep where everyone could see me. The staff were friendly and helpful but there was no blow dryer in the room even tho the worker did apologise also for breakfast I was hoping for continental breakfast but there was only pastries, cereals and drinks, no eggs or sausage etc.
