It took 4 days to get my cleaning back and the desk was mostly helpful but one desk party was antagonistic with me about my concerns. Room cleaning and the restaurant staff were very nice. I woul not stay again - picked the brand as it is normally a good brand and location. This time location was poor with homeless on the streets.

Room clean, not too expensive but a bit old and shabby by some aspects. Slippers, coffee machine, boiler and tissues should be a standard for this kind of hotel. And it's not the case here. Swimming pool is tiny. Surroundings are really poor and crap. Almost nobody speaks english here, which was a first for me. The dining service is lame, it takes ages, many things at the menu are not available. In a nushell, don't dine here. Breakfast is more than correct

Esperava mais. Pedi para ficar em andar alto: NÃO PODE. Pedi para ficar de frente para a avenida Aquidabã: NÃO PODE (disseram que a tarifa do hoteis.com não permite...). Fui pedir serviço de quarto (lanche) às 23h: NÃO PODE (mesmo tendo uma placa no elevador informando que é até às 2h da madrugada). Dei boa noite para o manobrista: NÃO RESPONDEU, ficou de cara amarrada o tempo todo. Pedi meu carro ao fazer check-out: outras pessoas que pediram depois de mim receberam primeiro (estacionamento pago à parte por 40,00). Por fim, cabelos grudados na parede do box a dois metros de altura e um vazamento abaixo da pia do banheiro que fica molhando o chão e o tapete do banheiro. Embora seja um prédio do início dos anos 2000, a estrutura em si é boa e está conservada, mas os serviços prestados são um pouco precário.
