I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and from the very start, my experience was uncomfortable. When I arrived, the front desk staff, Vanessa, asked, "Which guest are you here to visit?"—despite the fact that I was a guest with a reservation. It was a demeaning and demoralizing question, making me feel unwelcome from the moment I stepped into the hotel.
Throughout my stay, I couldn't shake that initial uncomfortable feeling, which impacted my ability to enjoy my time at the hotel. The room itself was clean, but the view was of nearby apartment buildings, which didn't add much to the experience. There was also no guide for the TV channels in the room, so I had no idea what was available. To make things worse, when I tried to watch a movie on demand, the system didn’t work. Although a tech came to assist, his efforts were unsuccessful, leaving me without that option.
Overall, despite the cleanliness of the room, the poor customer service and technical issues left me feeling uncomfortable and unsatisfied throughout my stay. I hope the hotel addresses these issues for future guests.
