Easy check-in procedure. Friendly and helpful staff and a very nice, clean and quiet room. Would have been nice if the room was equipped with a kettle and some instant coffee/tea for the evening, since the hotel's restaurant is only open for breakfast.

Great location - very convenient, just a short walk to the train station, restaurants, and museums. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel of two reasons: 1) good location, right beside the sentral station and close to the walking street which leads to the Rathausmarkt. 2) good services. I have my baggage delayed but got a lot of help from the young man at the reception. It is a budget hotel, but still it would be good to have coffee and tea/water cooler at the room.

Decent room, but by Intercity Hotels standards, quite drab and feeling out of date. Room also poorly laid out with bathroom in the middle of the room rather than by the entrance, lots of wasted space. Also more lighting needed. Breakfast was unimpressive with far less choice and quality than I expect from this brand. All the same the hotel is clean and quiet. Convenient for the main station and the old town. Staff helpful.

Good location and an OK stay

Chosen for location next to main station, the whole experience was good from start to finish. Room was spacious, WiFi was good, breakfast of a good standard. Small negatives were the weak air-con (I was glad it was not a hot night), the horrible plastic undersheets (I slept on the spare duvet), tiny bathroom and low water pressure.
