We got got the garden view villa. It is nice but not as big and spacious as the pool view. We had trouble accessing the Wi-Fi in our room even though it worked fine anyplace around the hotel , also because we got the garden view we were not entitled to any benefits such as getting 15% discount on ordering food and beverage at the pool and also we got to pay extra to get room service in our room even though our friends in the pool view villas didn’t have to. They charged us when we used the mini bar in our room , so apparently the garden view rooms don’t have the same treatment and amenities as the pool view ones

A little bit of paradise

I would highly recommend Kamandalu. I stayed here 14 years ago & was so impressed that I purposely chose to come back. The staff are top notch...so attentive to your every need & it shows in all the details. Our villa was like a little bit of paradise in this tropical setting. The restaurant on site was wonderful & offered delicious choices with attentive staff. Our room featured a deluxe bathroom complete with an indoor shower and an outdoor shower with a separate tub. We had our own outdoor daybed on a private patio. The view over the thatched roofs was delightful! I don't travel to this part of the world often, but Kamandalu would be my choice everytime! Just top notch!

조용하고 천국같은 곳

직원들이 정말 친절하고 시설이 매우 잘 정돈되어 있습니다. 우붓 시내로 나가는 차량이 있지만 비수기라 그런지 나가는 차량 시간대가 일부 축소되어 있었습니다. 하지만 알찬 시설들로 안에만 있어도 충분한 시간이었습니다. 정글쪽에 위치한 리조트라 그런지 샤워기 필터가 순식간에 흙색이 되어서 당황했지만 수영장이나 식당의 물은 모두 깨끗했습니다. 하지만 온수 보일러가 작동하지 않는 문제가 있었습니다. 고치는 시간은 금방이었지만 직원을 기다리고 온수가 다시 채워지기까지 거의 두시간 가까이 기다려야 하는 문제가 있었던 점은 조금 불편했습니다. 음식은 비싼편이지만 깔끔하고 맛있습니다. 그리고 종류가 매우 다양합니다. 소소한 이벤트들이 있어 직원들이 틈틈히 방문합니다. 편안하게 쉬고 싶다면 DND 를 꼭 표시하세요. 선물은 기쁘지만 출입구가 멀어서 은근 귀찮습니다 ㅎㅎ

This resort was beautiful. I just think that the services offered at the resort was a bit overpriced compared to other resorts in Bali offering the same service. I loved the property and the staff was very helpful. I enjoyed my stay and just recommend that they review pricing for services offered. I highly recommend, it's very clean and very comfortable. Staff at breakfast went out their way to make sure I was happy and didn't need anything. I do think they could offer more options for breakfast though.
